Yes. We understand HOA requirements and design our programs to meet community standards. We also work directly with HOA boards and property managers on larger community contracts.
For most services, we can typically begin within one to two weeks of a signed estimate. Larger projects like full landscape installations may require additional scheduling time.
For ongoing maintenance services like mowing, you don’t need to be home. For consultation visits, estimates, and larger installation projects, we do ask that someone is available to meet with us.
We work through light rain for most services. If conditions prevent us from completing your service safely, we’ll reschedule at the earliest opportunity and you will always be notified.
Both. We repair existing irrigation systems — broken heads, damaged lines, faulty valves, and controller issues — as well as design and install new systems. We also offer smart controller upgrades.
Yes. Florida requires annual backflow preventer testing for irrigation systems connected to the public water supply. We are licensed to perform the test, and we file the required report with your utility on your behalf.
